Managing Partner

Ms. Pei is the founding partner of McKee and Huang LLC, she has over twenty years of diversified tax, accounting and related technology experiences as an effective leader for multiple international public companies overseeing accounting and tax functions in various industries. She has been a licensed CPA with the state of Texas since 2005, with master's and bachelor's degrees in related fields. 

Mr. William has about twenty-five years of federal, international, and state and local tax experience with experience at both a Big 4 accounting firm and also in industry at multiple large public multinational corporations. William’s primary expertise is in multistate corporate income taxation including ASC 740 income tax provisions required for SEC reporting. William’s experience also includes corporate and pass-through income tax compliance and consulting, planning and restructuring, voluntary disclosures, amended return filings, and tax return reviews. He has worked with clients in the manufacturing, technology, retail, consumer products, real estate, energy, and financial service industries. William's Professional and Civic Affiliations include Certified Public Accountant in Texas, Tax Executives Institute and Council of State Taxation. William has both bachelor's and master's degree in Accounting from University of Texas at Dallas, and a J.D. law degree from Southern Methodist University.
